• Step 1: Complete required Gold Award Registration Form (Step 1 & 2 should be done in tandem as Step 1 is primarily for reporting purposes.  Please complete Step 1 and immediately follow by completing Step 2.)
• Step 2: Complete and turn in Project Proposal Paperwork.
• Step 3: Complete and turn in Final Report.

Submit all Gold Award paperwork by e-mailing the Program Department at Programs@gsctx.org, mailing to Kodosky Program Center, or faxing to 512-458-2390.

Have questions about a project idea?  Not sure if it's a Gold Award?  Call the Gold Award Committee during their upcoming meetings at 512-453-7391 x 500.

• The Gold Award Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. 

If at any time during the course of your project you think you may have hit a bump in the road, please do not hesitate to contact the Gold Award Committee at Programs@gsctx.org.

Deadlines

Final Silver and Gold Award paperwork must be submitted by March 15th, 2013 to the Program Department in order to be included in the April 2013 Awards Ceremony.
