REQUEST FOR OUTSIDE USER GROUPS (NON PROFIT GROUPS ONLY)
Please return form with deposit and fees. You will receive a confirmation by mail or by email after your group has been placed. Reservations must be submitted at least six weeks in advance, call (512) 453-7391 ext. 100 or email CarolinaH@gsctx.org to verify preferred date is available. CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Must be submitted to the GSCTX customer service specialist in charge of reservations in writing no later than two weeks prior to scheduled date, or your rental fee and deposit fee will not be refunded.
