Data Entry Specialist (Kodosky Service Center, Austin)
To provide support to the Data Information Manager in order to ensure accurate and timely processing of membership and activities registrations and related materials. See more.

Camps Reservation Specialist (Kodosky Service Center, Austin)
The Camps Reservation Specialist will provide customer focused communication, data collection, and year-round service to Girl Scouts of Central Texas, our local community partners and the greater GSCTX community on behalf of Camps Kachina, Texlake, and Zilker Scout House/Day Camp. The primary goal of the Camps Reservation Specialist is to provide reliable, accessible, organized, accurate, and thorough communication with individuals and groups making reservations and registrations at GSCTX Camps. The Reservation Specialist will sustain systems for, user-friendly reservations as well as provide a quality registration experience for Summer Camp at Camp Kachina, Camp Texlake, and Zilker Scout House/Day Camp. The Reservation Specialist hours are regular GSCTX business hours. Camp Kachina Retreat Specialist (Camp Kachina, Belton)
The Retreat Specialist will provide high-quality, innovative, and relevant programming year-round to Girl Scouts of Central Texas and our local community partners. The Retreat Specialist will coordinate hourly facilitator staff as well as Camp Volunteer Corps members to connect guests with a highly customized and quality experience at Camp Kachina. The Retreat Specialist’s typical work week will run Thursday – Monday. During the summer season (June – July), the Retreat Specialist will serve as Summer Camp Director for Camp Kachina to provide continuity of programming between fall, winter, spring, and summer seasons. Camp Texlake Retreat Specialist (Camp Texlake, Spicewood)
The Retreat Specialist will provide high-quality, innovative, and relevant programming year-round to Girl Scouts of Central Texas and our local community partners.  The Retreat Specialist will coordinate hourly facilitator staff as well as Camp Volunteer Corps members to connect guests with a highly customized and quality experience at Camp Texlake.  The Retreat Specialist’s typical work week will run Thursday – Monday. Program and Teen Mentor Specialist (Waco Service Center/Temple Service Center/Killeen Service Center)
Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of girl program opportunities. Assume all responsibility for regional girl programs including but not limited to Possibilities events, interest groups, travel programs and other Council-wide program opportunities. Ensure the development, extension, maintenance, and retention of girl and adult membership that accomplishes Council goals and objectives. See more.

Part-Time Positions

Operational Support Specialist (San Angelo Service Center, San Angelo)
Responsible for general oversight of the building including usage, maintenance, monthly reports and janitorial supplies. This position provides part-time support to all the departments in the San Angelo Service Center and the area Service Units through delivery of materials, products, and services that meet the needs of the membership and staff. This position also serves as the part-time receptionist. See more.

Travel Intern (Bryan/College Station Area Service Center, Bryan)
Support the Council Travel Coordinator during the fall destinations season. Attend the destinations financial aid committee meetings. Coordinate with girls, volunteers, adults and collaborators involved in all council sponsored trips. Work collaboratively with the Program Team to provide quality programs that ensure the council goals and objectives are met. See more.

raphic Design Intern (Kodosky Service Center, Austin)
The Marketing Department seeks an unpaid, design intern to assist with the creation of graphic elements. Applicants should be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign and have a desire to work on a wide variety of projects. Internships are part-time and are available fall, spring and summer. Pending school approval, academic credit is available for compensation. See more.


Public Relations Intern (Kodosky Service Center, Austin)
The Marketing Department seeks 1-2 unpaid, PR interns to assist with all functions of the marketing department with an emphasis on media relations and content development. Applicants should have strong writing skills, strong speaking skills and be customer service-minded. Internships are part-time and are available fall, spring and summer. Social Media Intern (Kodosky Service Center, Austin)
The Marketing Department seeks an unpaid, PR interns to assist with all function of the marketing department with an emphasis on social media and content development for online materials. Applicants should have strong writing skills, be customer service-minded and have a basic understanding of web development tools. Internships are part-time and are available fall, spring and summer.
